    Cathy was amazing to work with. She knew the market extremely well and was able to negotiate a great deal for us. She was responsive, attentive, and willing to help with things before and after closing. This was especially helpful to us as we don't currently live in the area, so she stepped in and made the process seamless. She is a consummate professional and truly cared for every detail.
