Cathy served as Associate Athletic Director for Texas A&M for over 27 years, retiring in 2022. Cathy was inducted into the TAMU Athletics Hall of Honor in recognition of her incredible legacy of exemplary service and the unmatched growth and maturation of the Lettermen's Association. Her dedication and respect for Aggie athletes shaped her vision of a strong progressive community that each athlete and their families would be proud to be a part of, and her love for that growing family was evident in every interaction.

Nikki is a licensed Professional Engineer in addition to a Real Estate Advisor (Agent). Aggie class of 2004, she started her career in residential and small commercial foundation and framing design. After some years in Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning, she moved into Software Development Consulting. Through it all, serving as "room mom" and volunteering throughout the BCS community were a passion. 
 
She decided to become an agent after two decades of personal real estate purchases, obsessing over the local market, and owning and managing rental properties. Creating the CAPPS NORTON TEAM alongside Cathy is a dream come true, and it's with a grateful heart we approach each opportunity as it comes along, large or small. 
 
Nikki and Josh '02 are parents to three teenagers, Ella '27, Kyle and Laney, who are the WHY behind everything they do!
